Withdrawal After the First Week: If a student has attended two or fewer sessions but more than one week has passed since the course began, they are eligible for a 20% refund.

Withdrawal After Two Weeks: If more than two weeks have passed since the course began, students are eligible for a 10% refund of the amount paid.

Withdrawal After One Month: If a student has not accessed any course content but more than one month has passed since the purchase date, they are not eligible for a refund, even if only a few sessions have been conducted.

Accessing More Than 10% of Course Content: If a student has accessed more than 10% of the course content (over a period of more than one month), they are no longer eligible for any refund, regardless of how long it has been since the course began.
